Draft — pending legal review. Last updated: 2026-07-07.
Stow has no accounts and no sign-up, and we do not operate servers that receive your notes. We do not collect your recordings, transcripts, or the notes you create. Stow does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Your recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored on your device by default. If you turn on iCloud sync, your data is synced through your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID, managed by Apple — we have no access to it. iCloud sync is off until you turn it on.
Stow can transcribe your recordings and organize them into notes. You choose which AI features to use. If you connect your own model endpoint or API key with Stow Pro, the content you choose to process is sent to the endpoint you configure and handled under that provider's terms — not sent to us.
You can view, edit, and delete your notes at any time in the app, and export your data from Settings. Removing the app removes the notes stored on your device.
Stow is not directed to children under 13.
If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
